By submitting a support call via this web interface, I acknowledge and accept the standard terms and conditions associated with Fundamental Support and further acknowledge that non-product issues or issues falling within the exclusion scope may carry a charge. Where possible, calls should be logged prior to telephonic interactions.
Standard Fundamental Support hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm* (South African Time Zone)
Monday to Friday. Standard South African Public Holidays are observed. Issues may be logged via our website at any time, but issues logged after hours or on public holidays may only be reviewed the following working day. (* Or as contracted if different.)
